Founded in 2000, Laurel Gardening is Joan DeLauro and Christopher Smith with a devoted team of gardeners, horticulturists and artists. Learn more about us on the about page.

We create ornamental, edible, and mixed gardens and strive to use native plants as much as possible to foster naturally healthy, pollinator-friendly gardens that thrive in their location. We consider what we do to be a celebration of flora and fauna, color and texture.
